0

srideviSome say ,that is the power and magic of silver screen “Athiloka sundari” Sridevi. Wondery why? Here is an interesting story. Read on.

We all know that , yesteryears glamour doll Sridevi’s comeback movie English Vinglish has been a phenomenal success all over. The film especially has been big success in overseas as it connected in a very emotional way with the female diasporas. The collections too reflected this with the film performing way above expectations in overseas. Keeping this in mind the overseas distributors had expanded the movie release to nontraditional markets and there too it has been a fantastic success.

The next overseas release of the film is going to be in Japan. A grand premiere was held there which was attended by lots of dignitaries. It included First-Lady of Japan, Mrs. Akie Abe as Chief Guest. At the end of the show, she was seen with moist eyes and little tears, showing how well she has connected to the film. Later she addressed a joint press conference with Sridevi and exchanged pleasantries and the recent Bollywood success in Japan. English Vinglish is going to have mainstream release in the country on June 28.

Way to go Sridevi. You were the best ,you are the best now too and also will remain forever.
