Actor Sivakarthikeyan who won the pongal race by RajiniMurugan, says no to Preamam tamil remake. Reportedly actor-producer Dhanush has acquired the Tamil remake rights of the latest Malayalam blockbuster ‘Premam’. Soon it was told that Dhanush has cast Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role played by Nivin Pauly in the original. Dhanush immediately clarified that the script and other details of his second film with Vijay Sethupathi after the super hit ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ has not been finalised yet. There are many rumours doing the rounds about a Preamam Tamil remake with some suggesting that Sivakarthikeyan will be seen in Nivin Pauly’s role.In twitter interaction with fans yesterday Sivakarthikeyan when asked if he will do the lead role in the remake, he replied that preama is a classic movie and he couldn’t match with nivin pauly. Siva clearly said that he will not try nivin role. As reported earlier, Premam is already being remade into Telugu, titled Majnu, starring Naga Chaitanya in the lead role under the direction of Chandoo Mondeti.
