If you have to play well, know the game well is the bottom line for any sportperson. Which is identically applicable for everything including politics. If you have to be play politics properly, first know the politics properly. If you can’t, just watch YSR Congress party now. You call it political opportunism or mudslinging, Jagan led YSR Congress is now seeking ban on Nandamuri Balakrishna’s latest movie ‘Legend’ which is faring exceptionally well in Theatres. YSR Congress leaders found that the movie is looking like an election show reel that supports Telug Duesam Party and voters might get “influenced” by it.
YSR-Congress legal cell of Anantapur district has complained to district collector the other day that screening of ‘Legend’ should be stopped and banned until elections are completed. Jagan’s party felt that with Balakrishna contesting from Hindupur as MLA on Telugu Desam ticket, the flick will influence voters to vote for him. Also YSRC accused that powerful dialogues and story are written in support of Telugu Desam party and is “influencing” youths all over Seemandhra and Telangana with it. Now, they want to approach Election Commission too seeking ban on the flick in entire state until elections get over.
It is to be noticed that Election Commission has given a “No Objection Certificate” for Balayya’s Legend, only after which Censor Board issued clearance for the release. But anyway, Anantapur district collector said that after they receive B-Form from Balakrishna, they will look into the complaint made by YSR Congress.
As already EC cleared the route to “Legend”, this YSR Party’s political stunt won’t stand in front of Balayya any longer….say Nandamuri fans.
